Dr. Lu has been my dentist since I moved to Portland a few years ago. I am very impressed by both her deep knowledge of dentistry and her warm personality. She explains every diagnosis in detail and thoroughly addresses all my dental concerns. The low dose digital X-ray makes me feel comfortable and safe. The staff at the front desk is friendly and professional. One time, I even received an unexpected refund check from the dental office because they found that I had an additional dental insurance policy from my husband. Although the office is not located particularly close to my work or home, I have found my experience to be worth the drive to the dental office to keep my teeth healthy.

Dr. Lu is extremely precise for her work. I have no problem with any work she has done for me.

Jenny Lu is the best dentist that I've ever had work on my teeth. She is very gentle when drilling etc. and cautious to catch small mouth problems before they become severe. Her staff is very friendly and professional. She is also very understanding of the financial abilities of her patients. I have recommended her as a dentist to all of my family and friends. Finally, I have a dentist that I don't dread going to visit.

Dr. Lu is the best dentist ever! I came as a new patient. Dr. Lu spent time to thoroughly diagnose all of my dental problems. Then she explained to me what problems she found, why I need treatment, and how she was going to treat. She also taught me how to take care of my teeth. I am impressed by her diagnostic skill and appreciate how much information I got from this first visit. My last few dentists never spent time with me like Dr. Lu did. They would just look at my teeth for a few minutes and rush me to hygienist for cleaning. Then I left without knowing what’s going on in my mouth. I went in again for my dental work next day. She did beautiful work on me. She is a perfectionist when it comes for her work. Now, my teeth look and feel great. I am looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned next.

I have always hated going to the dentist, not only the sounds created during the treatments, but also I have felt embarrassed about my dental health until I met Dr. Jenny Lu. Now, I felt confident in saying I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Lu as my one and last dentist in my lifetime. She is a well educated, patient, conservative dentist. She walked me through every step of the procedure and always very attentive to patient's comfort and needs. She has taken care of my entire family, even fixed my husband's bad tooth which hasn't been done for the past few years. We trust her outstanding work and her advice completely ! Also, the staff are very professional and knowledgeable of their job. Would highly recommend this clinic to your dental needs.

Awesome experience for dental work. Very friendly staff and they LISTEN. No sales pitch or extra charges. Explained everything and went over what my insurance did not cover. Provided options to minimize my cost. WOW, talk about putting the customer first. My first appointment was setup to review my teeth and discuss cleaning. I ended up chipping a tooth and calling them. The office staff was very understanding. They even offered an earlier date/time for me to come in for this concern. I had not even seen them yet. Impressed. The dentist was very kind and wanted to ensure my comfortable. Let me know what she was doing entire procedure to reduce my stress. I am definitely glad to find this dental clinic. My tooth looks great and honestly feel better about my dental care now. I even have my "first" appointment rescheduled with a cleaning. Very pleased overall with the service.

Had a great experience! Dr. Lu and her amazing team saw both my husband and I (& other patients) while also working the front office because some staff were out sick. Dr.Lu took the time to explain everything to me and I appreciated that very much. Carol was very positive and fun, everyone worked extra hard so we could be taken care of. Despite not having a complete team, they all did an amazing job!

I have found this dental office, Dr. Lu, to be the best yet. Welcoming and comfortably attended to. No fear here. They tell you what they are doing and if you have a concern just ask, they will explain better. The office, and work areas, are very clean and the location is easy to get to. You will be hard pressed to find a better and more gentle dentist and staff.

Dr. Lu is absolutely the best dentist in the town. She is very professional and loves what she does. She truly cares about her patients. Every time I went to see Dr. Lu, she did above beyond and taking care of my teeth. She patiently and thoroughly fitting my crowns, each time I put new crown on, due to the size of my teeth, she had to do very detailed work and grinding small pieces by pieces and try to fit my teeth the best, keep my teeth the best condition. She was very generous with her time not rushing and did the perfect fitting to her patient. I even got tired on my chair, I don’t know how tired she would be. She is very detail oriented and pursue the perfection. I would recommend her and her team to anyone.

I just can't say enough about professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Lu and her staff! I have an absolute fear of going to the dentist since I was a kid. With that being said, Dr. Lu helps ease my mind ever since my first visit here. She will explain every step of the way. She genuinely cares about your dental health, and can't stress enough about the importance of flossing and brush your teeth correctly. If you have to get any sort of actual work done, she is definitely the one you want to see!

I LOVE Dr. Jenny Lu and her staff! I have been going to Dr. Lu for at least 15 years -- maybe longer? (Once you find the perfect dentist, you don't ever want to let them go.) Dr. Lu is not merely an extraordinary dentist -- she is an ARTIST. She does beautiful work. My teeth look terrific. ( I actually get compliments on them!) She has knowledge of all the latest techniques -- yet never forgets that gentle reminder to "floss." (Which, thanks to her, I now actually do!) Her support staff -- well, I can't sing their praises enough. Just wonderful caring people. Scheduling has always been flawless. Just a terrific dentist!
